Koen Vanmechelen is on display at a new exposition entitled  "De Nieuwe Gouden Eeuw".

At this exhibition Koen vanmechelen has replaced the portraits of the past and current abbots by portraits of his Cosmopolitan Chickens. Who else but the majestic rooster on top of churches can take the place of these men? Besides this, Koen Vanmechelen also questions the role and place of women within the church with his chickens.
