Koen Vanmechelen's work 'Under Pressure' has been selected for this show; 

Constantly under pressure, the egg searches ways to break free. It is captured by its own shell and surrounded by some kind of safety net. Like a bomb, peacefully lying still in its captured position, it waits to explode, it awaits his liberation. Because under the pressure, the egg is cracking. What will be set free can, like every major invention, be used ‘for better or for worse’. Because in the struggle of life, the struggle between peace and war, every action has its consequences.  And isn’t every ending a new beginning; and does not every liberation create a new cage?
