
Cosmopolitan Chicken Project added to the ZKM collection
It is with great pleasure that we announce that 'Cosmopolitan Chicken Project' is now part of the collection of one of the most innovative and exciting museums; Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe (ZKM) In 2015; photographs of the different generations of Cosmopolitan Chickens were showcased on the wall during Koen Vanmechelen's LABIOMISTA exhibition for the GLOBALE exhibition. Three years later, curator Peter Weibel acquired the work for their collection.

Kick off of the landart installation ComingWorldRememberMe
600.000 statues are currently being put in place at the Palingbeek Provincial Estate in the West Flemish village of Zillebeke as part of Koen Vanmechelen's massive land art installation. The statues are part of the Coming World Remember Me project and have been made by 1,000 volunteers over the past 4 years.
