Food & Talk Seminar covers food and its future through changing culture and the most interesting phenomena and innovations. The Seminar discusses the following questions: What will change? Why do changes happen? Who are the key players? How will all this revolutionize the daily lives of consumers?
The seminar brings an exceptionally wide network of food influencers together around the same table: people from the food industry and production, research and commerce, top chefs as well as marketing and media.
