Art With Me is an international arts, music and cultural festival curated to inspire us be more connected to ourselves and build awareness about the environmental issues that affect us locally and globally. The festival weaves together an eclectic mix of experiences imagined by world renowned artists, live and electronic music acts, speakers, yoga teachers, mindfulness leaders, and top chefs using art as a lens to examine our impact on the world around us.
Koen Vanmechelen is invited to install a 8m high Cosmogolem on Tulum beach; as an international symbol of children's rights. The statue was inaugurated on the 25th of April, together with a group of children from the local communities.
On this occasion, a Cosmocafe was organised as part of the Human Rights Pavilion project.
Finally, a series of marble works - entitled Symbiotic Life - are shown at BeTulum.
