LABIOMISTA kicks off her 7th season! Join us on April 5 for the Nocturne, raise a glass with us, and explore the park as night falls. Enjoy a musical ambiance in collaboration with B-Classic.

During the Nocturne – Wild Gene, you’ll have the unique opportunity to discover how, when we close our eyes, the secret life at LABIOMISTA awakens. On the border between the civilized world and the wilderness, the unseen becomes perceptible — as day turns into night, the (living) artworks reveal new perspectives. Nocturne – Wild Gene sharpens all your senses, with a cosmopolitan toast in collaboration with the MOUTH Foundation and a once-in-a-lifetime performance led by B-Classic.
Especially for this evening, mezzo-soprano Ekaterina Levental, soul rapper Fred Gata, percussion wizard Bert Peyffers, and pianist Babette Rogiers join forces as the Wild Gene Collective — delivering a unique, one-time concert where genres dissolve and new sounds emerge.
Classical finesse collides with pulsing percussion, poetry flows into improvisation, electronics merge with acoustic intensity.
Don’t expect a set path, but an adventurous journey full of unexpected twists. One evening where four musical universes converge in an ode to the wild gene.
